For each move we always suggest organizing a pre -move survey (free of charge) at the residence of the customer in order to enable our representative to:

• Present our company and the services we can offer

• Calculate the volume of the goods to be transported in order to provide a precise quotation

• Check “on the spot” potential problems which we will find the solution prior to the removal date in order to avoid any delays and stress on the customer

The Survey

• Once you contact us we will obtain the necessary information we need regarding your move.  From there on, our surveyor will contact you to arrange an appointment to meet with you and perform an estimate (free of charge-non obligatory)
• Our surveyor will note all the items that are to be shipped and emphasize on items such as antique furniture, fine arts, pianos and fragile items.
• Our estimate will be based on the volume of the goods that will be shipped  and have been noted by our surveyor upon visiting your residence.  The more information you will provide, the better.

Quotation

• Due to the fact that our surveyors are experienced and professionals in their trade, our accuracy in determining the volume of goods is with no doubt a proud record to have. 
• Our quotation is prepared and presented to you with a detailed explanation from our staff (if needed).  We want our customers to know exactly what they are paying for and their options.

Insurance

• We do not anticipate damages or loss of the shipments, however, we highly recommend that the client considers insurance coverage.  We offer insurance programs that will meet your needs and requirements.
• A valued list of the items to be insured will be requested by us in order to arrange the coverage accordingly.

Setting up the appointment for collection

• We will set up the appointment to work around your schedule to come and begin to pack and take inventory of the items to be shipped by our “on the spot” supervisor.
• Our packers along with the guidance of our supervisor will carefully pack all your goods and make sure that all debris is removed from the premises.
• Handymen and carpenters are available upon the customer’s request
• Once the shipment is ready to be loaded onto our truck, we will ask you to sign the inventory list that has been prepared and the first part of your move will have been finalized.

Setting up at your new home

• Once the shipment arrives at its destination (local or international) there are the following options available:

1. Door to port/airport delivery (international)
2. Door to door delivery (local or international) – Normal Service
3. Door to door delivery (local or international) -Full destination service
4. Door to storage (local or international) – Long term/short term
